1. CONFIRM SHIP CLEARED

2. Note: ISGOTT Ship Shore Safety Re-check shall be recorded

3. Fill in and counter sign ISGOTT Ship Shore Safety Checklist

4. Confirm ISPS/MARSEC level

5. Re-sign CoU originals if applicable

6. Confirm exchange of load and discharge plans

7. Agree about gas-burning during transfer

8. Confirm ESD test procedure

9. Confirm FSRU BoG management control

10. Agree manifold pressure testing

11. Agree cool down

12. Agree ramp up, transfer rate and ramp down/topping up

13. Hand over Contingency Plans
